Structure

There are two main bodies of the AUKAA: the General Conference and the Executive Board.

The General Conference is held each year and consists of all members of the Association. The General Conference discusses all issues relevant to the activities of the Association, elects members of the Board by secret ballot, approves the Action Plan for the next year, and deals with other issues stemming from the activity of the Association.

The Executive Board consists of five alumni volunteers elected for a one-year term. The Board is entrusted with the task to guide the direction and strategies of the association.

The current Board is comprised of five AUKAA members elected by the General Conference on Januar 2, 2010:
